My parents bought a fridge from Home Depot, and had it delivered. There was a copper hose that the delivery guys refuse to touch. They neither installed the new fridge, nor did they haul away the old fridge. We called Barbosa Plumbing and Andy and his crew went above and beyond for my parents. Lucca diagnosed my problem quickly, was extremely friendly even with my dogs and did a great job. It was after hours but they were there in a matter of an hour or so and I was fixed up in about the same amount of time!
