My parents bought a fridge from Home Depot, and had it delivered. There was a copper hose that the delivery guys refuse to touch. They neither installed the new fridge, nor did they haul away the old fridge. We called Barbosa Plumbing and Andy and his crew went above and beyond for my parents. David installed a new AC for me a few weeks ago. He was so professional, honest, helpful and personable. He worked meticulously with me to make sure that the AC install didn't disrupt the flagstone patio I toiled over last summer. He really went way beyond the call to make sure that my system including my old air ducts were operating optimally. He made sure I was completely happy with all aspects of the job. Jackie saved the day for me one Sunday last August when my former AC unit froze up. His rapid response never let the air temp in my house climb above 80. He is also very personable and helpful. Buying a new AC is a big expense. Even so, I feel that I'm the one who came out ahead! I like to always know who to call in case things go wrong with my house. I am happy to know that I can rely on the Barbosa team.

Great customer service; they do everything they can to work with you and your schedule. I think they really do care about their customers and the service they provide. The repair went ok; took longer than expected but that may be normal for some repairs. Their prices are higher than I thought they would be.

They showed on time and provided totally excellent service. I'm not a young fella (ha 70) and have had many a/c tune ups. The service tech (Lucas) provided excellent service and was most informative. He did tests I never saw before, more than likely cause the other's rushed thru the process. Heck they even gave me a military discount. Overall, great service, the best.

I was very pleased with the polite and efficient work performed by the crew that replaced my water heater. My first project with the Barbosa team was a furnace and A/C unit. I have since enjoyed their excellent attention on these and all service calls. I think you could do no better than this company for your home's comfort.

Our AC broke the day we were going out of town, they gave us advice over the phone what to do while we're gone, and were able to come out and service the day we returned. Helpful and quickly fixed the issue, while counseling us on what may need to be done in the future.

It was 1st rate all the way!! Will recommend Barbosa A/C and plumbing to all of our friends!!
