My parents bought a fridge from Home Depot, and had it delivered. There was a copper hose that the delivery guys refuse to touch. They neither installed the new fridge, nor did they haul away the old fridge. We called Barbosa Plumbing and Andy and his crew went above and beyond for my parents. Johnathon & Anthony were the best. Their knowledge & service exceeds their age. They were compassionate, respectful & extremely patient with my parents (100 yr old WW2 veteran & 82 yr old with Alzheimer’s ). They worked with me on getting the trench dug, gas line laid, grass replaced, & gad turned on as quickly as possible. They are now on my “service call list” if we should have questions, pertaining to plumbing.

Scheduling was quick and easy, and everyone was very professional and polite. That's all I can say positive. I have used Barbosa before for an A/C not working, and they did a great job at a competitive price. I called them out this time for two problems - condensate water leak due to a broken PVC pipe and a bad thermostat. To replace the bad thermostat (with a new one that I provided) and to tell me they couldn't fix the PVC pipe without risking more damage to the unit, they charged me $280. That seems rather steep. They also looked at the system and told me many other potential problems, which I didn't ask them to do as I suspect being a pretty old system it is not perfect. It just seemed like the technician wanted me to replace the system when, apart from the two problems I mentioned, is working fine. As of now, Barbosa is batting .500, so I don't know if I would call them again if I need an A/C repair.
