Terry and Daniel were very professional and considerate. I had an issue with my water heater. Terry explained in detail the possible causes and consequences. He then provided options for my consideration. On choosing to go with a new water heater he provided me a temporary solution until they could return the next day and install the new water heater. On installation of the new heater he explained the details of the work he did, how the water heater functions, and warranty information. A great experience!!
