Arrived on site, checked in with the homeowner, accessed the furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor, checked the electrical connections, found the blower run capacitor weak and leaking oil. Found the hot Surface igniter weak. Found the blower assembly dirty, and slight movement in the blower bearings, recommend replacement of blower motor. . Found the Evaporator coil caked with dirt and debris, recommend pulling and cleaning the Evaporator Coil. .Allowed the system to run, found the return at 62 degree’s and the supply at 118 Degree’s Temperature Rise is 56 Degree’s Targeted Rise is 45 Degree’s, system operating too hot The high pitch noise is the draft inducer motor going out and requires replacement of motor .Recommend that the system be replaced due to age and condition of equipment.
