Currently performing fall maintenance at a long time customers house. Pulled the blower motor and wheel and thoroughly examined heat exchanger. Carbon monoxide from gas heaters can be a problem that not all home owners are aware of. Always get your heater inspected before the winter!
Currently performing maintenance on this 4 year old Carrier Infinity unit, we’ve been checking the system regularly in the spring and fall to ensure performance and equipment health. This system has a very clean bill of health and no corners were cut during install.
Found Laundry Drain line backed up in laundry room sink. Utilized camera to scope the line. Found no broken pipes. Used sewer cable to snake the line. Found line clogged by roots penetrating through the sewer line below the slab. Removed the clog, drains are functioning properly

Fully inspecting furnace and finding lots of faults and issues with system. Dirty blower wheel, dirty plenums, ductwork not sealed properly , equipment is over 20 years old and has been neglected. Recommend replacement for safer healthier system.
