Tankless water heater not allowing water to flow through to the fixtures, found water servo failed, replaced with homeowners approval, tested, left system operational

Service Call no cooling: upon further diagnosis found failed outdoor condenser coil and failed outdoor fan motor. Coil has been severely bent from water hose pressure, this will cause system head pressures to be very high. Quoted customer to replace system & to repair.
