NORITZ coding out on fault code 29 Removed water from neutralizer located inside tankless, removed neutralizer from tankless cabinet inspected, tested for proper drainage. Found condensation line backed up, condensation line of tankless connects to the condensation line of the upstairs and downstairs air conditioners. Cut the condensation line between the tankless water heater and the furthest A/C evaporator coil, water poured into plastic Bin that had been placed underneath the condensate line. Condensate line was blocked by debris from the air conditioners, materials such as rusty, dust and etc. Recommend separating the condensate line of the tankless from the air conditioners

Perform drain cleaning on master vanity and hall guest vanity. Master bathroom is now flowing fully but hall vanity is still flowing kind of slow. I Misc leak search on dish washer. Found leaking from part under dishwasher. Marked part with sharpie. Performed minor leak search for methane smell in master bathroom. Found nothing in visual inspection. Recommend preforming a hydrostatic test

Homeowner had concerns of furnace being too loud that we at Barbosa Plumbing recently installed, found supply vent located near the kitchen closed, opened vent and noise level reduced, investigated further found air filter completely blocked with paint, homeowner recently had kitchen cabinets painted, replaced air filter, left system operational
