I am always surprised by plumbing prices, and clearly I am no expert, plumbing problems are thankfully few and far between. Instead of $200 per hour, the services are each priced separately as components. The service man asked if I want a price break down and I told him to just fix the problem and I will pay the bill. The component prices exceeded my assumed expectation of a $100 Trip Charge and $200 per hour. I totally trust Barbosa, they stand behind their quality of work, they will keep their appointments and communicate exceptionally well. They leave the sit neat and clean. I will continue using them!
Jackie Peavler is a great plumber. He was prompt, courteous and very friendly. Most important, he was upfront and honest about the work that might be needed including different options that we might run into. He fixed the problem the first time with no hassle and no need for rework. I appreciate this honesty from Jackie and Barbosa, especially since I'd called other plumbers first and they wouldn't even provide an estimate. I guess they expect someone to hire them and pay whatever they want. Jackie's and Barbosa's estimate was on the money so I knew what was needed and the cost.

We recently had a complete replacement of the inside and outside a/c replaced and the heating system. Luke came out and explained our options. It was the off season, so we were able to get a great price on a name brand unit. They were there to begin work at time scheduled. All the employees were very professional. Luke has been prompt in responding with all question we had. I would highly recommend Barbosa and staff!!

When I made my initial contact for this project it was like clock work after that. Tommy and Andy kept in contact with me reviewing my needs and project then confirmed the final schedule for the installation of the insinkerator which was a Christmas gift for my wife from me. Jackie and his assistant arrived on schedule and performed the work as needed in a very cramped area. As in my other projects and service from Barbosa I am perfectly satisfied with the way that your personnel keep the owner advise of any problems and in what way they will perform their duties. Over the many years I would say that Jackie is probably only one of two service men that I can say that I trust with their knowledge and communicate as professionals .
