Master Bedroom System - No Heat Arrived on site, checked in with the homeowner, shown the location of the master furnace. Found the system in lock-out mode, turned power off then back on. System went through normal sequence of operation, provided 24 volts to the gas valve, the solenoid failed to open on the gas valve. Managed to get the gas valve operating at this time, issue may reoccur and cause problems, recommend gas valve replacement.
